Engineering is a very important aspect of any building you buy. Each of our permanent buildings are backed by a professional engineer, with his state certified number and state seal affixed to the architectural drawings, and signed.

Some companies claim their buildings are engineer "approved" but fail to offer the number and seal issued by the state. It also must be signed to comply with building codes. Each of our salespeople carry these drawings with them at all times for your inspection.  A professionally engineered and certified structure is the only way to guarantee wind and snow ratings for your area, as they vary in different parts of the country.

Whether your local building codes require 80,90,100, or 110 mph wind ratings, or 10,20, or 30 pounds per square foot snow loads, we have an engineered design that will meet your needs.

Our buildings have withstood the ultimate tests within the last few years with the hurricanes that have battered the coasts of North and South Carolina, with wind speeds measuring up to 140 mph. We have also experienced record snow storms lately, and have NEVER had a building fail under any of these extreme forces of nature. Unfortunately other metal structures built by companies that were not properly engineered have collapsed under these stresses.

We have many options with our buildings such as , but not limited to, overhead doors, windows, extended coverings, concrete patios, etc.
